Jackie Alcock’s THING-a-ma-jigs

Jackie Alcock’s THING-A-MA-JIGS will be spending some time in the woods along the trails of Blow me Down Ski Club, March 25-April 8th. Keep your eyes peeled for the Pinecone Eater, The Scottish Wild Bologna, the local Wild Bologna, and especially watch out for the Hiking Polar Bear  during your ski or snowshoe. They are elusive creatures and will be moving about. Snap a photo of them, post it to Blow Me Down’s Facebook page or hashtag #thingamajig @cloudfactoryarc, for a chance to enter a prize. After your ski, spend some time in the lodge colouring one of Thing-A-Ma-Jigs Colouring sheets made by Jackie Alcock.

On April 8th  there will be bologna burgers at Peggy’s Perch.

Prizes will be awarded through a draw system. Prizes will go to the photo’s posted, colouring pages left, (please put name on the back and contact info)

Jackie Alcock was born in Corner Brook, NL and has continued to live and create there. Jackie’s  father was a mill worker. When Jackie was small her Dad would bring paper home from the mill for her. When he saw that she had an interest in drawing he got one of the men to cut the paper, glue a cover to the stack and made her first sketch books.
